In between the city and mountain, what we want to do is to add another layer of landscape.
In man-made platforms, we use the cloud and climbing plants to ‘hide’ human footprint. In nature, we use basic geometry to emphasize its link to man. Together with the existing landscape, the new inserted ecology and programs shape another layer of nature.
With the interaction between the new intervention and existing nature, the 50 km trail will finally become a new urban framework, which we call it second nature.
