Sixty years ago, the three villages of Baimun, Ma Hom and Da Hom started the journey of water conservation in the city, building reservoirs, building rivers and drawing blue lines, which limited the development of the villages to a certain extent.

Nowadays, Xili Lake Science and Education City will be the new target of urban development, and the core issue of the project is to explore the future development mode of the three villages under the background of water conservation.

The concept and vision of the city is: "Nourishing city".

Ecological water nourishment, deeper ecological background of blue and green network.

Industrial economy connotation, full-cycle innovation and research enterprise incubation base.

Healthy life nourishment, more perfect open and shared green public system.

Culture and education connotation, more local Hakka innovative farming science and education culture.

Xili Bi Dao will become the pulse and opportunity of regional development, and Water Source Three Villages will be integrated into the new development of the city with a new posture. This is the culmination of the water source three villages, but also the culmination of the city.
