The site is located in the West part of Kyiv within 8km distance from the city centre. The Svyatoshyno and Borschahivka are mainly residential, so-called “sleeping” districts. The site is lying in two districts: South Svyatoshynskyi and Mykilaska Borschahivka divided by a road.

The ambition of the kovalska site includes: human scale experience focus, sustainability and identity.

The inner area of the district is characterized by the network of different streets. The boulevard has natural characters with lush tree canopy to provide comfortable space to walk, cycle, play and rest.

The site is surrounded by different biotopes: natural pain forest, railways greenery and gardens.

Iconic and monumental construction changed into specific facility which can give a strong character to the site.
