The park is a transitional interface between mountain and sea. Platforms of different heights and "pebbles" with different scales of programs form a layering landscape, where architecuture, landscape and programs are blending together. Three main gates, with different themes and facilities, connect directly with the beach.

Gradient pebbles from mountain to sea, form gardens, ponds and buildings, different layers are the base of the park, where landscape and architecture are blending together.
